SWIMMING CLASS 

Safety    

Safety is our first priority in IBST, together with all our coaches, we uphold a Safe and Fun learning session to all our students. At all times, parents and/or guardian are responsible and must keep a close supervision of his/her children during classes and when your children are near the water.    

  IBST and its swimming coaches shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages, Injuries or death while attending our swimming classes/ lesson.          

  Physical Contact During Lessons    As swimming is a motor skill that requires correct postures, positions and movements hence coaches at times in good faith may have physical contact with students during lessons to support, guiding of postures, correction of strokes and/or to assist students when in distress and/or in good to ensure better learning & safety. We trust our coaches professionalism during each and every swimming lesson to all students. Should you not feel comfortable, please kindly highlight or feedback to us at IBST.      

All Coaches assigned are subjected to IBST Coach availability.    

   PAYMENTS All students are required to make a full payment and a one month deposit at original price before the commencement of classes.      

 ADVANCE payment upon enrollment will be collected.      Full payment at promotions rates is to be made for all special offers and promotions before the commencement of classes.      

Lesson fees will be collected on the first session of every month. Kindly ensure prompt payment is made to prevent any disruption.    

  All classes are schedule to be four lessons per month. However, for months that has five weeks, the 5th week will be considered a rest week unless otherwise stated.      

All admission fees and pool-related expenses will be borne by the student. 

     Payment mode can be made via Cash or Bank Transfer. For bank transfer, original receipts or screenshots to be provided for verification purposes.      

An official receipt will be issued upon collection of payment.            

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY No refunds will be made for any classes.      No transferring of classes/lessons to any third party.         

  TEMPORARY DISCONTINUATION Should a student require to temporarily discontinue form existing swimming lesson/ class. We allow a temporary discontinuation to a maximum of 1 month.     

 WITHDRAWAL Students need to provide a 1-month notice in advance and your deposit will be used to offset the last month of lesson fees.          

 UPDATE OF DETAILS To prevent communication lapse and ensure smooth updates of classes and promotions, please keep IBST updated on any changes of personal particulars.    

  Parents also agree to allow IBST to send occasional updates and promotions to the furnished address and contact number.           

MARKETING & ADVERTISING RIGHTS IBST reserves the rights to use any photograph/video taken at any classes without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.     

 IBST may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by IBST including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media etc.      

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.     

 A person attending any IBST classes who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to IBST.   

   Any person or organization not affiliated with IBST may not use, copy, alter or modify IBST photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the any authorization from IBST           

SWIM ASSESSMENTS & CERTIFICATIONS All students participating in "Learn to Swim" classes, we teach in accordance to our in-house syllabus and/or 'SSI Syllabus'.      It is NOT COMPULSORY for students to be register for any swim assessment nor is obligated by our school to send all our student for swimming assessment.      

All swim assessment are subjected to our school decision and subjected to booking availability or test date availability.     

 Upon swim assessment, results are deems as FINAL by the testing Organizations and/or school. IBST & coaches shall not be held liable for any result marked. All re-test shall be charge as accordingly with conditions apply     

IBST RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES TO ABOVE SAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
